Heerlijk gegeten en genoten. Het was een feestje om hier te zijn. Ze hielden goed rekening met wat we wilden.
Uiteindelijk zijn we dan bij Auguste terecht gekomen. Al 3 keer was de kennismaking door ziekte van een persoon van het gezelschap niet doorgegaan. Het is echt een super restaurant. Mond op mond reclame werkt! Het was alleen jammer, dat we op deze middag de enige 2 gasten waren, daardoor kregen we wel alle aandacht.
We hebben genoten van een culinaire beleving met prachtige, uitgebalanceerde gerechten op het bord.
De perfect bijpassende wijnen maakten het geheel compleet. Wij hadden het 5-gangen menu, waarbij vooral de makreel en de snoekbaars onze smaakpapillen inspireerden.
De combinatie van wijn en spijs is uitstekend en...
We hebben genoten van een culinaire beleving met prachtige, uitgebalanceerde gerechten op het bord.

De combinatie van wijn en spijs is uitstekend en de jonge sommelier had een goed verhaal bij de bijbehorende wijnen.
