Het voorgerecht beleefde veel moois. Het hoofdgerecht was ondermaats, drie vingers taai vlees met een doorgesneden mini raapje. Het dessert opgebouwd rond een redelijk harde ganache bonbon (eerder geschikt voor de koffie). Voor mij, niet voor herhaling vatbaar aan die prijs

Vorstelijk gegeten in Publique tijdens de restaurantweek. De service was top, men weet
hoe het hoort en dat we even moesten wachten op een drankje, omdat logistiek iets anders liep dan gepland,
werd netjes tevoren uitgelegd.
De sfeer is gastvrij en vriendelijk, kortom een aanrader.
