We like to share our passion for culinary matters with you and we are pleased to invite you into our kitchen. Here you can meet our executive chef and his inspired kitchen brigade who will invite your children to knead pizza dough together or to bake a nice cake with our confectioner.

Gastronomic goodies

Try, taste and judge the flavours of the products we buy from specialized suppliers such as Menno. He bakes bread from organic flour of French wheat, water, sea salt and yeast: rural bread. The artisanal Lindenhoff Farm in Baambrugge supplies us with organic vegetables, meat and dairy. For game dishes we have the Veluwe hunting grounds at our disposal. Fishermen who bring their catch ashore every day bring the best fish, shellfish and crustaceans to our door. In this manner we process fresh and mainly organic produce every day and cook them to nice and refined dishes.
