We hebben genoten van een verrassend 3 gangen menu voorafgegeaan door een erg lekkere amuse. Bij het reserveren vergeten om een allergie door te geven, zonder problemen werden de gangen aangepast zodat er onbezorgd gegeten kon worden. Ook de wijnsuggestie bij het hoofdmenu is een aanrader, erg lekker. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

This atmospheric brasserie is located in the former hunting lodge of King Stadholder William III and is located on the most beautiful point of the picturesque Hoog Soeren with a view of the former village green, the monumental chapel and the rolling farmland, called “little Switzerland” by the villagers.
Whether you come for a cup of coffee with cake, lunch or dinner, a drink hour with or without a snack, alone or with a larger group, they have (in consultation) something suitable to offer for every occasion.
