BRUUT promotes a unique and innovative concept in the region: enjoying classic dishes in a BRUUT jacket in the bistro, lounging in the attractive wine bar on the first floor. At BRUUT, hospitality and great food and drinks are central. The Art Deco ambiance in both our bistro and wine bar invites the guest to Paris in the early twentieth century, in the mix with Berlin and our personal cosiness.

On the ground floor you will find the bistro where beautiful classic à la carte dishes from the French kitchen are served. For example, think of a classic steak tartare or a tournedos with bordelaise sauce, but just a bit bolder! The BRUUT chefs give their own twist to dishes that have gained worldwide recognition, the experience and enjoyment of the guest are paramount in these choices.

In the atmospheric wine bar on the first floor you will become acquainted with more than 120 wines, each with his or her own unique story. The BRUUT team is happy to advise you on eccentric wines, the classic toppers from Europe and take you on a world trip to South Africa, California, New Zealand and South America, among others. While enjoying French cheeses and charcuterie you can lounge or table for hours, gentlemen’s club style.
