Restaurant Ovum is led by chef Sebastiaan Follong (winner NK Young Cooks 2020), who, together with his team, provides a culinary experience. With its attractive spaces and monumental courtyard, the restaurant offers a wonderful place for a cup of coffee with homemade pastries, but also for a seven-course dinner including an extensive wine and cocktail list.

Ovum is Nidum's restaurant, house of inspiration. Ovum, Latin for 'egg', gives you a moment of rest and reflection after getting new ideas in the inspiration center. Shops, showrooms, restaurant Ovum and Nidum boutique hotel come together at a special location, the monumental Arsenal in Grave. Nidum, Latin for 'nest', will become a breeding ground for inspiration where lovers of design, interior, lifestyle and art can indulge themselves.
