Het eten was lekker. De wijnen ok. Complimenten voor de dessert wijn!
Zit niet op het niveau dat ze zouden willen denk ik. Als dit wel het streven is zal er hard aan getrokken moeten worden. Bediening moet dan strakker. En het personeel moet niet na een avond bikkelen in de keuken, onderuitgezakt aan het bier gaan...

Zeker door de ambiance die doet denken aan een modern eetcafé door de hoge tafels, geeft dit een rare indruk.
Hetgeen we aten was heerlijk en met zorg bereid. Maar van een restaurant dat mee doet aan Dining with stars verwacht ik eigenlijk meer verrassing. Er was geen amuse. En voorgerecht was carpaccio, heerlijk maar weinig verrassend
